Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our farm-to-bottle cider.

Do you ship Virtue Cider to my state?

We currently ship our ciders to most states where law allows. Due to alcohol regulations, some shipping restrictions apply to specific regions. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if delivery is available to your location.

Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires that all alcohol shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. Carriers will not leave packages unattended on porches or at doorsteps.

Are Virtue Ciders gluten-free?

Yes, all our ciders are naturally gluten-free. We use 100% pressed apples and do not use any ingredients containing gluten during our fermentation or aging processes.

How should I store my cider and how long does it last?

For the best flavor profile, we recommend storing your cider in a cool, dark place. While our ciders are shelf-stable, keeping them refrigerated ensures optimal freshness. Most of our ciders are best enjoyed within 12 to 18 months of the bottling date.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

Are your ciders sweetened with artificial sugars?

Never. We believe in the natural beauty of the apple. Our ciders are made without artificial sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup, relying instead on traditional fermentation and natural fruit sugars.
